DUNCAN BETHUNE comes to Fairfield Benefits following a 25 year career as Group Sales Representative for Guardian Life Insurance Company. Duncan also managed sales of Guardian’s Defined Contribution product. While a Guardian Sales Rep he earned the coveted Top Gun designation and, also, was NJ Sales Rep of the year multiple times.
Duncan is also serving at Altigro Pension Services (a pension TPA in Fairfield, NJ) where he has, as VP of Sales over the last 7 years, assisted Advisors in designing, implementing and managing Defined Contribution plans.
He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BA) and Cornell University (Masters Health Administration). Various other professional work experience includes Regional Health Planning; Hospital Administration; and Provider Relations at two Managed Care organizations.
Duncan currently lives in Chester, NJ with his wife Christine.
